Lou saved the day !!! We contacted her with a balloon emergency (the number 2 of our 21 made contact with a heater and melted) she hand delivered another one at 6pm on a Saturday evening. We are so greatful . She even helped us tweek our balloon setup which we purchased somewhere else. At the time we didn’t know about her business. Next time we need balloons we will be using her services. Thanks again Lou you legend.✌?

Lou did our gender reveal balloon last month it was absolutely amazing and turned out really beautiful in the photos. we couldn’t have been happier with the result 🙂 Lou also went out of her way to get the balloons delivered to me at the last minute as It was to big to get in my car ! Lou looked after a very last minute (on my part) personalised order of balloons for my grandads 80th birthday. I was travelling to NZ and so Lou ensured the balloons were flat packed and had tested them ready for me to inflate when I arrived in NZ for the celebrations. They looked wonderful and grandad was stoked with them. Thank you!!
