All of the hired items were seamlessly delivered, set up and installed on time without any issues. After trying to deal with another local event hire company and getting no where, I walked into platinum with a pretty vague idea and not much time left until the event. The team came up with something amazing that fit into my budget and timing with no stress at all. The delivery and setup all went so smoothly and looked perfect.

The team at Platinum Event Hire are amazing at what they do. From another small business owner in the area, the affects of covid-19 on staff, owners, suppliers, community…is enormous. yes, we may be eligible for some financial support but the cash flow needed to ‘float’ a business during the assessment process is crippling.
To the Staff at Platinum, hold your head high and know that we will get through this.
We have used this company several times now including our wedding. Always reliable and friendly service and great prices!! Would certainly recommend this company to my friends and family.

Very disappointing that I’ve paid a deposit for staging, need to cancel due to corona virus and having to cancel our big day (11 days away)and my partner has been stood down from work. Apparently their refund policy is to keep the 25%deposit. Was advised if they had to refund everyone they’d have to close their doors, I said that the government was helping out small business and they said yes we’re looking into that too.
Considering how hard it was to communicate with them in the first place I really would have thought they’d have a heart.
We always will use platinum event hire for our childrens birthday parties, they are very well organised, punctual and on time, with the balloons we requested and the jumping castles, you wouldnt recieve this type of care from other hire parties out there without having to fork out alot of money.
