Each standard tier is a minimum of 5″ inches high and filled with delicious ganache or swiss meringue buttercream, then surrounded with a layer of ganache to seal in all that yummy goodness, making them even more decadant! Finally, we cover this baby in a lovely fine layer of vanilla fondant or a healthy layer of velvety swiss meringue buttercream, a delightful combination and a mouthfull made in heaven!
