I cannot speak highly enough of Belinda and Fancy That. She went above and beyond to find one of my daughters exactly what she wanted and then saved us drama by going the extra mile and checking the sizings etc. Amazing knowledge and incredible energy (she just made me smile constantly on the phone). This is what customer service should be. I’ll never use a different costume shop again. Customer for life.

Very friendly staff who were very helpful. I have used “FancyThat! costumes?” Each year for my Santa outfit and never an issue. Costumes are clean and tidy and always well kept. Great service with flexibility on occasion. Highly recommend for all types of costumes

Great Business run by the amazingly fantastic Belinda. Very community orientated and has the greatest variety of outfits imaginable. Belinda and Aliki came wondering through Crows Nest yesterday cheering people up in their outfits. How Aliki can stand on those stilts for so long is beyond me.
