The Balloon Crew, based in Annandale in Sydney’s inner west, offers creative goods and a level of attention to detail that sets us apart. We are the head office of the Balloons Online network and have been in business for over 17 years (previously known as balloons.net.au).
We continue to push balloon presents and decor into new terrain, thanks to Director Chris Adamo CBA. Chris has been a sought-after balloon decor instructor around the world, garnering industry awards such as Most Inspiring Balloon Artist 2018 and being chosen as the designer for the 2017 World Balloon Convention’s inaugural Grand Gala After Party. Chris will impress you with his passion and experience in training our local balloon crew.

I was assisted by a friendly and helpful young woman. The customer service was excellent despite over hearing one of the staff explaining to someone all the things that had gone wrong throughout the day. The balloons were gorgeous and not over priced, I paid what I would expect. I would definitely return here and recommend this business to others.

I ordered an organic balloon arch for a colleague’s retirement. The Balloon Crew were very helpful from the initial enquiry, with Helen proving detailed info re options and pricing. Chris delivered and set up the balloons at the promised time and they looked great. I highly recomend The Balloon Crew!

Great experience!!! Ordered a simple table arrangement for my boyfriend’s 40th. They looked great and managed to get them picked up by a friend and delivered straight to the Imperial pub. The balloon crew they said the arrangement was only guaranteed to stay up for a short time (10 hours/latex and 24 hours metallic…or something like that) 25 days later the metallic 40th Balloon is still going strong !!!! So here’s a warning. I told my boyfriend it was his birthday as long as the balloons floated….he’s had special treatment for over 3.weeks!!! Fail. 🙂
