Lena has been cake decorating for thirteen years. She’s worked alongside some of the country’s best and has grown her business to include pop-up shops, wedding expos and bridal exhibitions. Her work has been published in Confetti Fair and Complete Wedding Sydney. She has clients like Big W, Harvey Norman and Penrith City Council. Outside of running Savvy Cakes Sydney, Lena is part of the Events team within the Australian Cake Decorating Network. Lena helps to put together networking events for members Australia wide which initiates and maintains friendships within the vast netwDelicious and delicately decorated cakesork of cake and cookie decorators, bakers and teachers.
Lena’s passion for teaching and sharing her skills with others is a favourite for many. She has taught cake and cookie decorating at the several Cake Bake & Sweets Shows in both Sydney and Melbourne, where attendees can meet and learn from Lena first-hand.
