As a consequence of my desire to entertain family and friends in my own home, we grew interested in grazing boards.
Cooking and entertaining have always been a passion of mine since I was a child. Because my father was a pastry chef and my mother was always entertaining, our weekends were spent cooking, baking, and being surrounded by friends and family.
I still like entertaining now that I’m a mother of five, and food is usually at the center of it all. Cheese, cured meats, dips, and wine are some of my favorites. As a result, when grazing boards became popular, I got on board and haven’t looked back since. Everything is made with love and is meant to be shared with the people you care about.
