Our energetic and cheerful face painters can paint quick and simple designs for large groups, or more detailed (full - face) designs for smaller groups. Our professional painters are highly experienced and use FDA-approved/cosmetic- grade face paint that is non-toxic and safe to use on skin. All our Paint products are sourced by TAG & Global. Strict hygiene standards are maintained, All Staff Members hold a Valid Working with Childrens check and are up most skilled to paint almost any design on request!

Party Prop Hire Thank you for considering booking with us. We understand the fine prints are never easy reading, however, in order to ensure a successful partnership to make your event a memorable and smooth-sailing experience, please take some time to read our terms and conditions. By booking with us, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to all the terms and conditions set out throughout our website. The following terms and conditions apply to: Website visits and any page views of www.kidspartymania.com.au Booking products and services by Kids Party Mania DEFINITIONS “We, us, our” or any similar expressions refers to Kids Party Mania. “You, customer”, "client" or any similar expression refers to the person renting or hiring out items supplied by us. “Items", "props", "packages", "equipment” or any similar expressions refers to all Kids Party Mania products and services. GOODS (Condition of goods at start of hire and return) -Should the event fall on a weekend or public holiday, additional charges will apply to transport & labor costs to allow for holiday and; weekend rates. -All hired goods remain the property of Kids Party Mania. -Any concerns for the condition of the items should be addressed by the customer prior to accepting the items. -Any damages incurred while the goods are in the customers' hands will be charged at the full repair or replacement cost of the item if the security bond does not cover the Replacement/ Repair (the severity of the damage and the decision to repair/replace will be at the discretion of Kids Party Mania Management). -Any lost items will be charged at the full replacement value. DELIVERY & COLLECTION -All our packages and equipment are delivered, set up and collected by us, unless a formal arrangement has been made prior. This means we will personally deliver the items to your event location on the event date or a pre-arranged date/time. -The delivery fee will be quoted once we receive your quote request with the event date/ time and location. -A distance/terrain fee will apply if we do not have direct vehicle access (loading zone) within 15 meters of the site, and/or where there are stairs or steps which will prevent us from using a trolley to transport our props and equipment. -It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that they consult with the venue representatives regarding the loading zone availability and terrain for us. We reserve the right to charge a fee / or keep the security bond after the commencement of the event if this was not disclosed prior. Loss & Damages The hirer accepts full responsibility for the condition of all hired items during the hire period or until returned to Kids Party Mania and is liable for any damage incurred to our items. Repairs of damaged items will not be undertaken without the written authority of Kids Party Mania. All missing items or those damaged beyond repair will be paid for at current retail value. No Packages or Props are secure until payments received. Payment in full is required before your event date unless another arrangement has been discussed with our team. PAYMENTS (Methods and Security Bond) -A deposit of 50% of the total booking (including security bond) must be made within five (5) days of the issue of the formal invoice to secure the items and date. -Should a deposit not be made within the said 5 days, the items and date will no longer be held for you, including any special pricing, unless an alternate arrangement has been made via email prior to. -The balance of the booking (the remaining 50%) must be paid in full no later than 2 weeks prior to the event date. The Security bond is charged by us on all hires. The Bond covers costs associated with accidental damage to our Props, provided that the replacement cost and /or cost of repairs does not exceed 10% of the hiring fee for the item. The Security Bond does not apply to or cover any other damage to or loss of Equipment including, without limitation: (a) Damage resulting from overloading, exceeding rated capacity, misuse, abuse or improper servicing of Equipment (b) Damage or loss due to disappearance of the Equipment (c) Damage caused by the use or operation of Equipment in contravention of any of these Terms (d) Damage to, or loss of, the Equipment from any unknown cause. Will I get my Security Bond back? The Security deposit will be returned when the hire period has ended, and we assess that our Props & Equipment are in the same condition as when we delivered it. If our Items are undamaged: A refund for the security bond will be processed within 10 business days after the event date. If our items are Damaged or lost: Amount will be deducted from bond to recover the cost of repair or replacement of the damaged/lost goods. Where the security bond does not sufficiently cover the Repair/Replacement cost of the damaged/lost goods, the customer must pay the surplus costs within 48 hours of notice. CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES & REFUNDS "Changes" refers to the removal or swapping in/out of specific hire item(s), change-of- mind, and change of date and/or venue. "Cancellations" refers to the cancellation of the entire booking. All changes and cancellations MUST be made in writing by emailing info@kidspartymania.com.au. No verbal communication or phone messaging regarding changes and cancellations will be accepted. Changes can be made up to 4 weeks prior to the event date subject to availability and providing this does not conflict with other our bookings/clients. Cancellations can be made any time however will involve forfeiting paid monies as listed below: For cancellations with any Customized Design/Prop If you change your mind or cancel you will be not be eligible for a refund of your 50% deposit. The security bond will be refunded. For cancellations with no Customized Design/Prop If cancelled within 4 weeks of the event date and you did not have a Customized Design/Prop In your booking you will be refunded your whole deposit including the security bond. Any cancellations after the full balance payment is made (within 2 weeks of the event date) 50% of the full balance will be refunded including the security bond. General Site Cleaning At the conclusion of your event, we will commence the pack-down and dismantling of all props and equipment. We will only provide a general site clean of any rubbish left that is directly from our hire equipment. E.g. florals cut down cable ties, left over tape Disputes & Resolutions All disputes, complaints or concerns should first be raised with us.     Cannot praise Aisha enough. My daughter had an amazing 8th birthday party. kida were entertained and loved every minute of their slime making. Booking was easy and Aisha was incredibly helpful. Very impressed and will be booking again for sure!

    5 STARS ! Aisha is so great with kids and they had a blast!!! They were very affordable and provided very fast responses to my initial enquiry! This is what I loved. I had the set up , Facepainting and Jumping castle provided all from them! I would recommend kids party mania to all parents! Took the hassle out of organising everything from a different place. Thank you guys !!!

    We had these guys over for our daughter’s 8th birthday And kids loved them! Aisha was very prompt in replying to my initial queries, they arrived right on time, very approachable, fantastic with kids and very professional! We had slime making /games/face painting and dancing sessions for the party and they organised it so effortlessly! We could have not pulled off a birthday party like we did without them! awesome job u guys! Keep smiling..cheers!

    Kids Party Mania were professional, punctual and helpful thought the entire planning to execution process. Their service was flexible and worked with me and around my changing plans. It was an absolute pleasure doing business with them and they deserve every cent they charge. The kids loved it and they were an absolute delight to deal with!
