Book a venue at least 4-6 months ahead of time to give yourself the time to think about other important details like food, event brochures, and websites.
If you want to book the full venue, you should book at least five to six weeks ahead of time—possibly even more depending on the size of the facility.
To reserve a space, fill out the online form with the details of your event. We’ll send you an email with instructions on how to proceed. Visit our Floor Plans page for more information about venues or to book a room.

For a standing crowd, a decent rule of thumb is six square feet per person. If you’re hosting a cocktail hour for 100 people who will all be standing, multiply 100 by 6 to find that you’ll need a location with 600 square feet of available and usable space.
What exactly is a venue site fee? Site fees are intended to pay the expense of renting your venue, and nearly every location you’re considering for your big day will charge one. Venues that merely supply a location with minimal extra services can expect to charge higher site fees.
