Three of my greatest passions in life are making people happy, creating and decorating anything I can put my hands on, and lastly… FOOD.

This is where platters + blooms was birthed, in the midst of pursuing my life’s greatest pleasures to family and friends, came a company where I get to share with you.

What I’ve come to know growing up, is that life these days can become so busy in the mundane everyday life, that we rarely have time to enjoy loved ones company, much less have the time to plan something everyone wants to remember.

So I came up with the idea to build a company that can create  a thoughtful addition to a memorable date night with your partner, to your extravagant wedding day and everything in between, allowing you to enjoy your time spent with loved ones.

There is really nothing else in the world that I find more satisfying than seeing stress-free, real, authentic joy. I cannot wait to share my greatest passion with you.

 

Fig and Brie Grazing

Fig and Brie is a small Brisbane based business created by Ella Clark, a student nurse who was born and raised in the Darling Downs surrounds. Fig and Brie is a bespoke style catering business which aims to build a larger range of grazing styles in the future. Her work admired by loved ones and close friends, Ella was encouraged to start this new business venture as one of her first bigger steps into adulthood. Living a life full of creativity, green living and travel, Ella brings together sustainability, flavour and artistry into one, which shows through her current work of decadent grazing boxes and grazing tables.
