  • Pick your wedding party: As soon as you’re engaged, people will start wondering who’s in.
  • Start the guest list: Make a headcount to use throughout your wedding planning process, with columns for contact info, RSVPs, gifts, and any other relevant information. Make sure to think about each individual and how much they mean to you, the harsh truth is weddings are costly. This will help with choosing a venue much easier.

  • Confirm your ceremony and pay a deposit: Consider the weather and other options if needed.
  • Book your officiant: Book a celebrant that you feel connected to, go and meet them and talk to them. They will be the closest to you in the most special moment of your life.
