I live 4 hours away from Balloon Connection but worked with Roxanne by phone and email to order balloons for my niece’s wedding in Lakeville, MN. The balloons were perfect and beautiful; exactly what I had ordered and Roxanne was extremely helping in helping me decide what to order. I would absolutely recommend Roxanne and Balloon Connection. Roxanne and company are the BEST of the BEST! You have an idea and she takes it and runs with it! I have been working with her for literally years and she NEVER disappoints! I can’t recommend Balloon Connection enough! Perfect example is this weekend is my fundction and we are needing to change my order due to the hot weather. Roxanne called me this morning to discuss the options because she wants me to have the best looking balloons that will hold up in the heat! You can’t ask for any better knowledge and customer service than that! I can’t recommend Balloon Connection enough!

10/10 recommend! Balloon Connection was so helpful getting me balloons for a surprise birthday party on VERY short notice. The woman I spoke to is very knowledgeable and offers great suggestions, and a very affordable price! She packaged the balloons so nicely to fit in my car and not fly all over the place. Such a great small business that everyone should support!!!

Roxanne is unbelievably service-oriented and has a wonderful sense of what will look great! We loved the variety of balloons at our reception/dinner and the huge Mr/Mrs balloons were a fun way to welcome guests at the main entrance. Highly recommend this great organization!
